Late Fee: Starting October 16, 2025, there will be a $50 Late Fee added to the above rates.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 cancellation fee to cover the administrative costs associated with refunding your conference/registration fee for any cancellations prior to October 16, 2025. This must be in the form of an email sent to Member.services@nyssswa.org. After October 16, there will be no refunds.
(Please note that the fees listed on the registration page will be higher to accommodate the various adjustments depending on when you register. )

Friday Morning General Session: “Supporting Students on Medication: A Psychopharmacology Primer” by Dori Marshall, M.D.
Closing Session: “Utilizing Mental Health Team Relationships to Maximize Student Outcomes” by James Garner, LMSW & Kate DiGregorio, LCSW
Other topics include: Using DBT with Parent Groups, Grief & Trauma, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Addressing Co-occurring Disorders in School, DBT in Schools, Suicide Intervention and Suicide Crisis Planning, Cannabis, Assessments, Absenteeism, Vaping, Addressing Dysregulation, etc.
PreConference:
Come early and join us on Wednesday, November 5 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for our PreConference and earn an additional 1.5 CE credits: “Mindfulness and Meditation for School Social Workers” by Jill Wojcik Pula, LCSW, Certified Yoga Instructor.

Room Rates:
King and Double rooms: $149.00 (rate) + $20.12 (taxes) = $169.12 per night. PLUS a $10.00 per night parking fee. Your parking pass will be provided by the front desk upon check-in to be placed on the dash of your vehicle.
Suites: $199.00 (rate) + $26.87 (taxes) = $225.87 per night PLUS $10.00 per night parking.

Reservation Deadline: According to the hotel, deadline for hotel reservations is October 6, 2025.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a room reservation must be made 48 hours in advance of your check in date, otherwise the reservation will be charged one night room rate and tax.
