“Erin’s Law, Overview of Child and Sexual Abuse as well as Strategies and Resources for Your School”

Here’s your chance to once again be with colleagues from around the region! Join the NYSSSWA Western Region at The Columns Restaurant for its Fall Luncheon which will feature a presentation on “Erin’s Law, Overview of Child and Sexual Abuse as well as Strategies and Resources for Your School” by The Child Advocacy Center and earn up to 2 Continuing Education hours.
Signs and symptoms of abuse will be reviewed as well as the implications and implementation of Erin’s Law. Learn ways to help reduce the trauma of child abuse and sexual abuse as well as the role of the Child Advocacy Center in providing support as well as legal and medical assistance to victims and families of child abuse.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a $10 cancellation fee to cover the administrative costs associated with refunding your conference/registration fee for any cancellations prior to October 6, 2022. This must be in the form of an email sent to Member.services@nyssswa.org. After October 6, 2022, there will be no refunds.

Certificates are released individually so will not be available prior to verification of all components is complete. Since this is a multi-step manual procedure, please allow time for processing.
