60th NYSSSWA State Conference

Many thanks to everyone who attended NYSSSWA’s 60th State School Social Work Conference which was held at the Hotel Canandaigua in Canandaigua, New York!

How Do I Get My CEs/CEUs?

PAY REGISTRATION FEES   If you submitted a Purchase Order, be sure to submit your invoice to your district for payment and follow up on status after the conference. 

Note:  “Purchase Orders” are “promises to pay” and do NOT take the place of receiving payment in order for your Surveys and CEs to be released.  

  • How to Access Invoices–See Tutorials:​
  • Inform your district that payment MUST be RECEIVED before January 28, 2025.   WHY?​
    • NYSSSWA will need time to process your payments and provide access to your surveys/evaluations which is a manual process.
    • YOU will then need time to access and complete your “Surveys”/evaluations.
    • YOU will also need time to then have your CEs emailed to you prior to February 4.
    • NYSSSWA will need time to gather final survey data from Results at Hand.
    • After that, Results at Hand will not be available to ANYONE!
    • SOOOO   The earlier NYSSSWA receives payment, the better for ALL of us.  

ATTENDANCE:    You MUST have “checked in” and “checked out” of EACH session via the Results at Hand Conference App at the beginning and ending of each session in order to verify your attendance OR signed in and out on the Sign in/ Sign out sheet if for some reason you were unable to sign in to the app especially on Thursday morning.  

EVALUATIONS/”Surveys”:   NYSED requires evaluations (“Surveys” in Results at Hand) for ALL Workshops/ Keynote Sessions you attend. We also need your critical feedback and input on the “Conference Evaluation” to help us plan future conferences including suggested locations, presenters, topics, etc.  So if you are waiting for payment, go ahead and fill that out in the app.    

HOW DO I GET MY CE CERTIFICATE?   This year, CE transcripts and Certificates will be EMAILED TO YOU directly from the Results at Hand Conference App once you have completed the above requirements.

Purchase Orders:

If you submit a purchase order, be sure to provide a copy of your invoice to your district’s accounts payable department for payment.    Please instruct your district to include your invoice on any communications as well as the check for payment.  Approved P.O.s should be emailed to: member.services@nyssswa.org
