Please start making plans to join us for NYSSSWA’s 60th State School Social Work Conference which will be held at the Hotel Canandaigua in Canandaigua, New York! Last year we Sold Out, so start talking to your supervisors about the ability to attend as well as funding.
Conference Rates:
2025 Rates Will Remain the SAME!
The NYSSSWA Board is very aware of the financial strains that many districts may be operating under which is why they will not be raising the conference rates. As you work with your school district to obtain permission and funding to attend the 60th NYSSSWA State Conference, you can factor in the following 2025 Registration Fees:
Member: $399
Retired & Student Members: $349
Non-Members: $499
Thursday Only: Members: $275 Retired & Students: $225 Non-Members: $349
Friday Only: Members: $275 Retired & Students: $225 Non-Members: $349
Early Bird Rate: There will be a $25 deduction for registering early. (Date to be determined.)
Late Fee: There will be a $50 Late Fee added closer to the conference. (Date to be determined.)

Non-Members: The NYSSSWA Board would like to invite you to join NYSSSWA and support the work we do to promote and assist School Social Workers in the State of New York. As a NYSSSWA member you will be in position to receive reduced member rates for the conference.
