Wendy Castiglia, NYSSSWA President and Peg Barrett, Past President invite you to join them to “Connect & Refresh” with masks and social distancing for a presentation on Frameworks within schools to support students through multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)” by Greg Fabiano, Ph.D.

Earn up to 2 Social Work CEs as well as network with other service providers in our region.

Workshop Description:  “With the advent of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)  frameworks within schools to support students, recent research and innovation has focused on how best to promote social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes for students. The talk will provide an overview of positive behavioral supports at the universal, targeted, and indicated levels of the MTSS. Specific interventions that can be used to help children with behavioral challenges such as ADHD, across general and special education settings and for engaging families, will also be presented.”

Cancellation Policy:  There will be a $10 cancellation fee to cover the administrative costs associated with refunding your conference/registration fee for any cancellations prior to November 12, 2021. This must be in the form of an email sent to Member.services@nyssswa.org.  After November 12, 2021, there will be no refunds.
