Buffet Luncheon:  12:00 – 12:45 p.m.
Presentation:  12:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Where:  Chef’s Restaurant, 291 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY   14204

Join us for the NYSSSWA Western Region’s Buffet Luncheon, network with colleagues and learn how recent policy changes will impact our Immigrant Students.   Learn ways to help protect the rights of our students and families in our schools as well as resources to support them and keep them safe.

We are also asking attendees to bring a “personal care item” for the Journey’s End Refugee Center.

Members:  $45
Non-Members:  $55

Cancellation Policy:  There will be a $10 cancellation fee to cover the administrative costs associated with refunding your conference/registration fee for any cancellations prior to  March 21, 2025. This must be in the form of an email sent to Member.services@nyssswa.org.  After March 21, there will be no refunds.

*Note:   This session did NOT fulfill the  new Child Abuse refresher training requirement from NYSED.

If you submit a purchase order, be sure to provide a copy of your invoice to your district’s accounts payable department for payment.    See “How To Print Your Invoice and Pay for Event“.   Please instruct your district to include your invoice on any communications as well as the check for payment.  Approved P.O.s should be faxed to (315) 624-1266, Attn: Tricia Zupan or emailed to: Tricia.Hoyer@nyssswa.org
