58th Annual NYSSSWA State Conference

“Creating a Culture of Care”

November 2 & 3, 2023

The Sagamore Resort — on Lake George

The New York State School Social Workers’ Association would like to thank everyone who attended our 2023 State Conference which was held  at the beautiful Sagamore Resort on Lake George on November 2 & 3, 2023.   We hope you had an opportunity to relax, network with colleagues old and new as well as learn new information, strategies, techniques and interventions that will assist you in the hard work you do every day to assist students, staff and families.    Have a great school year!

Wendy Castiglia, President & Peg Barrett, Past President

Evaluations

  •  NYSED requires evaluations for ALL Workshops/Keynote Sessions you attend.
  • Complete online surveys at:   https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/S3G2023StateConf
    • The form is set up for you to flow chronologically from one session to the next.
    • Do NOT click the “back arrows” but use the “Prev” and “Next” tabs at the bottom of the pages to navigate.
    • Do NOT click “Done” until you have completed ALL evaluations or you will not be able to re-enter from that same computer.  If you do, you DO NOT have to start over but can access from a different platform or another computer and complete your missing evaluations.  (We can combine on the back end but it requires more work.)
    • I will be checking the status of payments and evaluations on Monday’s since it is much easier to process crediting sessions and releasing certificates in batches instead of individually.

How to Obtain Your CE Certificate After the Conference

Certificates are individually released once all required steps are completed and manually confirmed so thank you for your patience as we assemble all components.
